Bob,

I have not met Volker, but don't doubt that he is real.  He is listed
in German records as the owner of Lollipop Records in Hamburg.  Mike
Hesemann has met him and discussed the film with him.  As far as an
interview, Nico Maillard of TF-1 in Paris interviewed him by telephone
for the French TV special on the film.  In this brief interview he
says in very graphic language that the film is his and he will do
with it as he pleases.  Transcripts of this exchange have been around
on the net for some time.
