I see. So he sold it to both the Japanese and Bob Kiviat knowing
that the face could be recognized. Is that right?  This is so
confusing to me. I thought that Ray was trying to protect this
man's identity. Something is wrong with this picture.

Now this is weird. I find it hard to believe that Ray didn't have
more control over the broadcast in Japan than that. After viewing
the video I can see why Bob is having such a hard time generating
any interest in it. But hopefully he will find someone to foot
the bill and televise it here in the US for the public to see.
