Gee, Bob,

How can we believe anything Emory Univ. says since they
have Dr. Courtney Brown working there?

Seriously, I'm not sure this case applies since this company
was actually re-selling copyrighted material.  That is different
from using a single frame of a video to illustrate a news story.
