Rich,

Whether I think you're crazy or not is my prerogative, I'm entitled to my
opinion of you. Don't feel so bad, there's a shipload of people that think
I'm madder than a March hare, it doesn't send me off to the barristers
though! Sorry if it rubbed your fur the wrong way, but it's just my
personal evaluation of you. (And that evaluation is based on _your_ own
writings and actions.)

As for the other, (Hot tub reference) I believe that it was one of the
motivating factors for the revocation of your license to practice and a
matter of "public record"! Where's the "criminal libel"?

(I) think you're nuts, and I referred to something that is already a matter
of public record. (?)

Most folks on this list see my name on the header of an e-mail and just
trash em unread. You're actually bringing more attention to the post than
it would have gotten.

You're also most welcome to voice any personal opinions you may have of me
at anytime that you choose. This is an open forum. Although I probably
won't be as sensitive as you are by any opinions you may have or publicly
express of me. Shoot, I wouldn't even dignify them with a response!

Hey man, if you have the time and the funds to sue me for expressing a
personal opinion of you in an e-mail, and quoting something that is public
record, I guess I'll see you in court! (Are you flying me out to the coast
or will you be coming to NY for the trial? I really can't afford "holiday"
expenses right now. How do these interstate lawsuits work anyway Rich? You
seem to know more about lawyers and litigation
than I do.)

I should tell you now though that you won't get much in the end anyway. I
live a simple and spartan life and don't require a lot of "things" to be
happy or fulfilled. (Much to the dismay of my once more materialistically
oriented spouse.) I do own [some] "goodies." I guess if you win you'll get
my computer, my mountain bike, (sorry Rich, I don't own a car!) and some
other odds and ends, but I [can] promise you that it won't come anywhere
near to compensation for what it'll cost you to sue me. So screw you and
your threats!
