Actually, in addition to the difficulty you would have in an intrestate
lible action (If you filed in California, Mr. Velez would have to be in
California to be served.  If you filed in New York, you would be going to
tremendous expense) you would have to overcome the professional opinion and
personal opinion claims of Mr. Velez.  Not an easy thing to do.  Mr. Velez
clearly quantified his position as an "experiencer" and hereby limited his
opinion to that of an experiencer.  You would have to show that either Mr.
Velez is not an experiencer or that his professional opinion as an
experiencer is not valid.  Additionally, with the public inquiry finding
already resting against you, regardless of YOUR opinion of that public
record, you would have a serious strike against you in the eyes of any
jury.  Additionally, Mr. Velez would have little dificulty having "expert"
testimony take a look at some of your recent posts, most notably those
posts concerning the military-industrial complex role regarding that public
record mentioned above, to validate his professional experiencer position
of paraniod.  Besides, if that military-industrial complex is so actively
persuing you, as you claim, then said complex would undoubtably be more
than willing to supply Mr. Velez with all the expert witnessess he would
need.

A side note to Mr. Velez, by refering to you as a "Professional
Experiencer", I have, in no way, meant to imply that you are an experiencer
only for money.  Instead, I am applying, and I believe rightly so, the term
"Professional" to indicate your knowledge level and experience.  Whether we
agree with you or not, I think most people here would agree that you are
not only a "professional" but also a motivated and motivational force in
the UFO community.
