Careful there Dick, perhaps senility is setting in. I seem to
recall a certain conversation at the Zuvich's wherein you stated
something to the effect that you "had made a slight error in
judgement". Not only was I present, but one Steven Vernon Jones
as well. I hardly think that Steven upon cross examination and
possibly perjuring himself will lie on your behalf especially if
faced with a stiff fine.

It doesn't amount to a hill of beans that you settled the three
suits brought against you by the women in question out of court.
