Just for a quick reference. I've got the "read his lips" comment
that Colin Andrews published in his newsletter sometime in 1995.

Isn't it strange that Ray was quoted as saying "I had no doubts ...
when I saw President Truman."  Does this imply that he physically
saw Truman on the film? IMO, YES it does. Now Ray says he was only
going on what the cameraman said and the canister labels.
