Jan wrote that "strictly speaking there is no such thing as a Cosmic Top
Secret clearance" - and proceeded to detail some interesting material which
is publicly available.

I did not use the term 'clearance'  - just the term "classification" -
which is used to this day by NATO communications traffic.

Whether a briefing paper entitled 'The Assessment' ever existed is another
matter.
