If it were not for a constant stream of rumors, where
would these junior James Bonds be?  We supposedly have
a test of a Top Secret device, but here are the pilots
talking in the "clear."  Since every radio in the military
now has an encryption device, the incident as discribed is
highly unlikely.  Even if they were talking in the
"clear" does it seem logical to refer to something by a
supposedly highly classified name?

It seems that the more unlikely a story, and the more
leaps of faith required, the more ready people are to
believe it.
