Hello Chris,
        I don't wish to reopen a rather smelly can of worms, but don't
assume that this phenomenia has to be connected to "natural' sources.  The
power of the EM feilds Persinger used were reportedly _below_ AMA safety
standards.  Science doesn't need reversed engineered alien technologies to
influence brain function remotely.
