Again the issue of copyright rears it's head.  Under which company was this
copywritten?

Why hasn't the film been shown elsewhere other than Japan?

I beg to differ, as that was a later suggestion.  However, why stop now?  This
makes both the interview and 'tent' footage that haven't been shown.  Is this a
case of cold feet?

He retains copyright, but has a website.
