Comment:

There are no hints, to say nothing of evidence in scientific literature
(perception and learning theory) which would support that hypotheses.

Literature supports shaping of visual perception during the first 8 to 10
hours of life (several publications in 1988 and 1989 based on results
and reports from the Max-Planck-Institut of Biophysical Chemistrie
Goettingen/ Germany).
