Attached image > below: Scott, This is pretty old news, Edward Ruppelt comments extensively on this sighting and that the General Mills ballonists nearly beat up on him when he questioned their conviction about what they had seen. The real issue to ask oneself is why has the sighting been deliberately ignored by the skeptics and debunkers who parade Moore to the front in support for the Mogul balloony? Gary
