Kevin,

Were these the same balloons which the Japaneese used during WWII to
launch balloon bombs in hopes of reaching the West Coast of the USA?
I have heard stories since I was a child about these balloon bombs.
Has someone just decided to take them now as a belated attempt to
continue the confusion of Roswell?
