Ahem, since when is NASA's LoFlyte doing test flights over the UK?

You're right on this. The Belgian government just wanted to close
the investigation. The manoeuvers that were performed by the Belgian
Flying Triangle in 1990 are simply impossible to do for terrestrial craft,
LoFlyte of no LoFlyte.
