Carl Sagan did a piece of speculation on life on Jupiter, but was convieniently forgotten in the conspiracy theories that followed the Galileo drop. Then there's Lowells canals, Jan Oort (anyone remember him?), Oppenheimer's black holes (That a young indian came up with 20 years earlier), Lise Meitner, etc, etc, etc. Very few of them have their name in lights. Now, if Europa does yield life, expect a different treatment, and an unbearable Dick Hoagland. JaMeS a DISS,
