The Black Vault website supplies the largest source of FOIA
material available.

It has been available to all, free of charge.

Because of vast increases in meg space and computer equipment
that needs replacing now, donations are needed immediately to
keep Black Vault records available.  

If you have been disturbed by government agencies and the
military not supplying information, feeling you could do nothing
to correct that, here is your chance to help uncover details, by
keeping the files of Black Vault operational. Money is needed
now to keep vital responses of Freedom of Information Act
requests filed for use of UFO/ET researchers. Sending a donation
is something you can really do about government cover-ups.

Unlike the U.S. government, whose documents John makes available
to us, The Black Vault cannot employ deficit spending. Neither
can it appeal to the International Monetary Fund for a loan. In
short, the funding of the Black Vault is largely up to its
users, you and me.

Not all of us can easily afford to make large contributions, but
if most of us don't make some sort of contribution, it is highly
likely that John will have to close the Vault's doors in the
near future. What will be the effect of this? His crusade to
make the U.S. government's grudgingly released UFO files
available to everyone worldwide will have been defeated. I would
not be surprised if this pleases certain powers that be.
Personally, I prefer government exposed to the bright light of
day.

John has sacrificed a great deal of time, money, and effort to
give this gift to the world. Now it is time for us to make some
sacrifices. Even a small contribution shows where you stand on
this issue, larger contributions make it exceedingly clear that
you think that we, the people, have a Need to Know.

John, my personal check is in the mail. If some "dark force"
intercepts it, I want you to scream bloody murder! 8^)
