Almost fantastic history.

The helicopter has made a wide cautious circle above gorge and

not present, but our Radar System too observes this object".

As this information operatively is necessary has acted in a

short zigzag evolutions in horizon and vertical, beginnings
promptly to increase speed up to 3.2, then 5.4 and 6800 kms /
hours for 2-3 minutes. The data of radar defini-tions of several
stations of tracking (Baikonur, Alma-Ata, Bishkek etc.)
coincide.

The prosecution was stopped as the object continued to go in a
general direction on east with small decrease to height of 4500
meters, through an air Alma-Ati zone. The dispatchers have
transferred the warning to all boards a Civic Air force and Air
Force about danger of collision with a huge UFO, but it did not
happen.

At 05.27 object has disappeared from a field of sight all a
Radar System at height 4400 in area of lake an Issik-Cool.

On it, in general, the usual ufology history, however, was not
finished.

At the end of September, 1991 in government a SAKKUFOn (Bishkek)
the information has acted, that in mountains, to the east
Prdzevalsk (nowadays Karakol) was suffered failure by a large
UFO. Our colleagues operatively have organised search group, and
it has set off to area of accident in a summit river Saris Dzas,
to a defile Shaitan Mazar (Grave of Devil). Pay, readers,
attention to this name! This concurrence hardly is casual! This
district long since used very bad glory at the local
inhabitants.

The first search group has carried out in mountains more than 15
days, but to pass to a place of accident could not, though was
completed with rather experienced rangers, including climbers.
In mountains the plentiful early snow-falls have passed to make
the way in this area through last pass it was not possible, and
with attempt of pass on a valley Saris Dzas the group has not
passed through avalanche-danger sites. October 21 they have
returned to Bishkek, some person had fine traumas and chilblain.

weeks of work in mountains. The participants knew about large
danger of a presence in immediate proximity of object, all of

participants had good physical and moral - psychological
preparation, owned skills of mountain climbing, were the experts
in various fields of knowledge, psi-tech testings on
compatibility, adequacy to reaction in an extraordinary

definition of the sizes of object by a method a pinpoint, but
also this invention nothing has left. So only devices appeared
in di-rect visibility of object on a crest an array or on its
southern slope on distance 1500, 1200 800 meters, their magnetic
arrows (pointers) instantly borrowed (occupied) a rule
(situation) "along object", showing a direction "north-south",
though the true rule (situation) of object was "west-east". Too
most occurred and to arrows (pointers) of compasses of all types
opposite to object (distance it). Was strange also that these
rules (situations) of an arrow (pointer) borrowed (occu-pied) in
steps,
without long fluctuations

Magnet-meters order even more strange. In a point of an output
(exit) of a track on a pass (base point of supervision "A") they
began to show almost complete absence of magnetic inten-sity
with very weak meaning (importance) of a vertical component
(10-12%) from background meaning (importance) vertical making
"to visibility" of object and from that meanings (impor-tance)
in area of base of expedition (base point of supervision "B")

The gradual realisation of magnithometric shooting has revealed
the form and character of anomaly created by object. On distance
of 800-820 meters from it the magnetic field com-pletely was
absent! Both on horizontal and on vertical components.
Absolutely anti-magnetic there were even samples a mountain
strain selected on distance 800-600-400 meters from object
(closer to it nobody approached (suited), the decision of the
members of expedition was those)

A question on what causes these anti-magnetic effect remains
opened, but it is doubtless, that on it it is necessary to spend
enormous quantity of energy. Completely non-magnetic in earthly
conditions such strains as a diorite, gabbro, rogovoobmankovy
piroksenit containing a plenty of magnetic minerals, including
the magnetite, is not obviously possible

Form of "antimagnetic" anomaly created by object, - correct
ellipse of length 2230 me-ters and width (through centre of
object) 1700 meters. The southern part of an ellipse is opened,
as in 400 meters from it to the south is to be gone in a valley
a brook

In first day of work of expedition the strong hronal (time)
anomaly was fixed also, which contours also ellipse, but the
sizes it are more and even pass through an array to northern
slope opposite to object, i.e. are distributed for limits of its
visual visibility

In a zone of radius 2-2,2 kms began to be marked backlog during
mechanical chronome-ters and delay (decrease) ((reduction)) of
number of fluctuations of quartz generators. All the electronic
hours, which have visited in a zone of direct visibility a UFO
on distance 1,5-1,2 kms, send out of operation (dump on " 0 ")
and were not restored outside of a zone of influence

The disorder in the indications of chronometers of the various
marks in thermostat boxes has made from a minus 34 minutes 20
seconds about 41 minutes 44,3 seconds for one day. The kit from
six mechanical hours in similar packing has given disorder of
backlog from a minus 20 hours 13 minutes 45 seconds till 21
o'clock 01 minutes 20 seconds for one day. The thermostats with
hours and chronometers settled down near to object on distance
approximately 450 meters from object

The second group of the researchers in one week has repeated
this experiment on other kit of hours and chronometers of the
same marks in the same point, by prolonging time of ex-periment
about 5 day with daily gaugings. The comparable results for the
first day are received, then the reduction of backlog of all
hours and chronometers was observed, but with certain
"cu-mulative" by effect, expressing in a gain backlogs only on
10-15 of % per day from size of backlog for the first day of
experiment

This result does not contradict the data of supervision on other
hronal anomalies formed a UFO: Belomorie, Podrezkovo, Zone an M,
Hodizensk

Attempts to carry out gaugings by two devices: the quartz
generator - frequency-meter in a zone of direct visibility of
object (distance of 800-850 meters) have resulted in failure of
all in-stallations. The block of a feed was for an array, all
posting carefully was checked up, installation ottarirovans and
thermostat on a place. All was made under the instruction

But, as soon as a feed was included, the generator in a zone has
burned down instantly, and the frequency-meter in a point of
supervision "had time (was in time) to jump out" for a minimum
of a scale of fluctuations and also has left out of operation

The detailed description of appearance of object I shall bring
little bit below, on the own data (20.04.98), what concerns the
reasons of accident, my opinion coincides with opinion of the
participants of expedition 1992.

The object on large speed has touched by the bottom part a
broadside for a ledge of rocky breeds in 1700 meters from the
present place of a presence. Then it already slided on a rather
equal, almost horizontal platform, but this - strong rocky
breeds. The explosion, resulted to break of object on two almost
equal parts, has taken place, most likely, after its stop or in
its moment.

The explosion has taken place inside a central part of a vessel,
to what the character of damages testifies. The plating and
longitudinal carrying details the frames of "dirigible balloon"
are literally turned out inside out, between fragments of a
vessel a superficial funnel distinctly is visible, and on its
edges the rather large pieces of rocky breeds, as from explosion
of a "superim-posed" charge are thrown out.

The dents and cracks on the case in a prow part of the ship are
received with collision with acting almost on 20 meters above an
equal platform yes rogovoobmankovy of a piroksenit, in which the
round deepening of width more than 20 meters and height at
centre of 4,5 meters is now observed. Behind this point (20
meters to east) begin a path of a trace of sliding of object on
a rocky surface of width more than 40 meters.

The cracks in the left board of a fodder part a broadside
located vertically at height ap-proximately 1/3 heights of the
case of "dirigible balloon", probably, are received with
collision (punching of a rock), but it is possible, that they
could be formed and with explosion of a vessel.

But strangest are symbols of green colour put on a tail part of
object and a ring of dark colour, surrounding to forage.
Probably, the rings are a part of impellent installation.

In a breach decks and carrying designs distinctly are visible.
Whether the landing "on-plane" in the given point in entered the
plans of crew a UFO or in the program of its onboard mate
computer? This question remain by a riddle, maybe, for ever.

for money to ex-pedition, even ordered satellite photos a defile
Shaitan-Mazar. The most improbable hypotheses an event - from accident
of a dirigible balloon with the nuclear engine before unsuccessful start
of the scientific module of new international orbital station were put
forward.

unclose, and Moscow Boing-747 in Almatis, further - Bishkek,
Prdzevalsk (Karakol) and, at last, - Grave of Devil (Shaitan
