I'm pretty sure its a french Eurocopter (or Aerospatiale) AS350 "Squirrel" A pretty common aircraft in our skies here and widely used by all sorts of civil organisations. I think they may be sold under a different name in the US. The nose mount is a little unusual..all Ive seen use a mounting underneath just forward of the tail boom for spotlights/cameras etc..but thats probably just one option. K
