Technically it is just a matter of wave dynamics and generating sound waves to cancel out those made by the aircraft. The technology is very simple, but the amplifier power would be the difficult part. But maybe there is a way to feed the cancelling waves directly into the structure of the aircraft, in which case they could be dead silent. Bob
