Mr. Shell,

I have posted to Updates and elsewhere many times and never
signed my post in the fashion to which you refer.  The reasons
for such a signature in that instance were these:

1)  In a post dated 3/6/98 he refers to me in quotes as a
"lobbyist" - I wished to clarify this.

2)  Mr. Korff was and is personally attacking my clients.

3)  Mr. Korff was and is personally attacking my friends.

4)  The siganture was intended as a gesture indicating that I was
standing up for my clients and friends under personal attack.  I
apologize if that offends you.

As for Mr Sandow's comment about bluster and your comment about
self-importance, I invite both of you to experience these
characteristics fully realized by way of the Updates 3/13/98 post
entitled "Kal Korff: In His Own Words".

One further comment, I have posted to Updates, IUFO and elsewhere
- many dozens of items.  Search them all.  If you can find an
instance in which I attacked anyone, personally or otherwise,
(other than this matter re: Mr. Korff), post it to me and I will
apologize to that person on this list.
