I would like to point out here that Meier doesn't claim that the above photos really show one of 'God's eyes', contrary to what Kal Korff and followers have been claiming for about 20 years now. Meier claims that his contactors call the Ring Nebulae in the constellation of Lyra the 'eye of God' and claims to have photographed it during a space trip in 1975. As Gary Kinder in 1987 in his book noted (p. 189, _Light Years_) it's a misunderstood story. For those interested in Meier's part of the story regarding the suspicious space trip photos: someone in Switzerland who has asked Meier about the space trip photos wrote me that Meier says that a certain "Mr. Schmid, a photographer, had lent all of the approximately 700 positive slides from that trip in order to make copies. Afterwards he gave them to Hans Schutzbach who looked after Billy's photo material. But many of the slides had been manipulated when they came back from the photographer (Mr. Schmid). (This could have happened in the case of the Venus and Apollo/Soyuz pictures.) Some of the slides had been changed by pictures of other sources. When the Plejarans later recognized the machinations they took all of the remaining slides and photos from Billy into their own possession." Please, keep in mind that I'm not claiming at all that Meier's explanation is true. However, as long as irrefutable evidence for whatever theory is missing here one should be open to the other possibilities; it's possible that Meier was trying to pass off Earth-based astronomical pictures etc. as pictures taken in space, as well as it's possible that Meier's explanation is the truth. That's the situation as it really is at this point in time. Jeroen
