The scientists, who collaborated analising samples from events closely related to UFO (including blood, hair and other matter), suddenly resigned from their academic and professional practises and traveled out of their living locations and came back changed. They ceased to collaborate with the researcher and were seen with several rogue UFO groups. From time to time they had been calling their former fellow researcher and onseveral ocassions talked about what is in the article. Most of the information in the article has been corroborated and the existence of the rogue groups and their connection to the local FBI office is well documented (one of their FBI agents is the MUFON state director for that location and was imposed there directly by Walt Andrus). We have been unable to corroborate the 'Smithsonian' allegation, although the whereabouts of several of the characters are known and the information about these characters has been corroborated. The importance of the information (even the degree of uncertainty on it) is that, policy making or not, the data gathering structure is in place and can be used to update the intelligence necessary to exert more control over politically sensitive investigation. I know that the way the article is written may sound as BS, even dislike it myself, but I cannot do better without compromising a source (I even had to delete some information at the expense of making is look a like a patch instead of a coherent article). I just put this information out (part confirmed and some not) to let the readers know that something may be cooking. Just don't be so overzealous in your quest for the truth to be too smart to forget being intelligent enough to read between the lines and understand. Certainly is wise to question, but it can be premature to dispatch as BS and plagiarism information whose content is mostly documented. Better let the science in the methods of historical investigation complete its work than doing like in the middle ages when whatever that was not explainable in terms of the four elements and the humors was not part of the reality. Don't let your own preconceptions blind you. I just wish that anyone with information on this that can verify or not the contents on the article can share with all of us. We can uncover something important or expose a disinformation structure. I'll send your response to UFOR. Francisco
