A German researcher colleague, Holger Bruns, has sent the
following which might be of interest in the ongoing revelations
about Mr. Meier. It is an email he wrote after he had read
something about Mr. Meier in a German esotheric magazine.

Dear Robert Nathan,

I am working as a radio reporter for some German radio networks.
Recently I met a group of UFO believers to get some information
about their activities. They have a very religious and esoteric
point of view and they gave me an article titled "Der Fall Billy
Meier" (The Case Billy Meier). Billy Meier is an alien contactee.
His story has been published by "Magazin 2000" in the issue Nr. 100.
"Magazin 2000" is an esoteric magazine from Germany. The author,
Michael Hesemann, wrote, that you and a person named Bob Post of JPL
analysed the UFO photographs taken by Billy Meier. The result
of this investigation: From a photographers point of view, the
pictures are not a falsification.

It is a bit hard to believe that JPL supports an attempt to fit an
UFO report to reality. My question is: How true is the JPL part
of the Billy Meier story? I am very curious to read your answer.

I have never been given good enough photos or video good enoughto
analyse.  The Meier people have always only given me disorted
and out of focus imagery to which all I could say was NO CONCLUSION
POSSIBLE. THAT IS NOT AN ENDORSEMENT.
