Dear CAUS Subscribers:

CAUS wishes to thank Ben De Crease for bringing to its attention
the fact that the Army had released these same documents, based
on his FOIA request, several months ago. The Army's 'gesture of
cooperation' is nothing more than a tender of what we already
had.  Actually...it is an insult and CAUS will so inform the
Federal Court in its response to the Army's eventual Motion to
Dismiss.

Nevertheless, CAUS does believe that the documents, though not
directly relevant to the lawsuit, are historically significant
and will review them in that light. The documents can be found on
John Greenwald's superb website The Black Vault...which
coincidentally is to be Wednesday's Website. The documents can be
