I doubt that very many are interested in Koch's attempt to make one face seem like another, but if any are... . Does anyone recall when he or Korff were claiming that Meier's photo of Asket was that of an unidentified model? Now the claim is that this photo was of a gal on the Dean Martin show of the 1970s. They have come up with a face with a hairdo looking nearly identical to that shown in the Asket photograph. But is that enough to identify one person with another? It seems not. Try taking some measurements; though it helps if you have a larger photo of Asket's face. Consider the ratio of the width of the nose near its tip, just above the nostrils, to the width of the mouth. For Asket it is 0.87 +/- a couple percent. For the D-M girl, it is 0.78. Asket has a relatively wide nose and relatively narrow mouth and chin. Or consider the width W of the head, excluding ears, at the height of the tip of the nostrils; then consider the distance L from the same tip of the nostrils to the bottom of the chin. For Asket with mouth closed I find the ratio L/W = 0.57; for the D-M girl with mouth open pretty far I find L/W = 0.58. Now consider L/W for their photo of Asket with her mouth open somewhat: L/W = 0.63 +/- a couple percent. A distinct difference: Asket's ratio L/W is the greater. Or consider that Asket's ear lobes do show up prominently, while those of the D-M girl do not. (These are obviously her earlobes, not locks of hair.) Or consider that Asket has "squirrel's" cheeks, which show up best on the shadowed side of her face, while the D-M girl's photo shows no sign of this. Granted, however, Koch's friends, who are still desperately seeking to debunk Meier 23 years later after his Swiss contacts began, did find a photo of a girl with the right hairdo! Finally, consider that Wendelle Stevens knows the identity of the woman who, when she was a girl at her grandfather's ashram in India where Meier was visiting awhile when he had contacts with Asket in 1964, was a witness to having seen Asket with Meier when he was there. She was 10 at the time. Later in life she learned of Meier's whereabouts and visited him a few years ago. At that time she recognized Asket from Meier's photo of her. Jim Deardorff
