Dear All,

Many of you will have obviously noticed my error. The magazine
title Tim and Eric are writing is called "UFO News" or it was the
last time they spoke to me and not the "Times" as I had put. Of
course we all know that "UFO Times" is a magazine produced once a
decade by BUFORA. It will probably be once a Millennium now Dave
has packed it in. Now here is Tim's chance to get back in and
resurrect the dying magazine.

It was interesting to read that some people are fed up with all
the back biting going on in ufology. Hey, so are we all but as
some of you know, if we let these people go unchallenged, who
knows what will become of ufology. It may seem unpleasant but we
must flush out the ego trippers, the con artists and people who
take great pleasure in attacking all for no other apparent reason
than their research differs from others.

If you are going to challenge people, then do so. We should all
ask each other more questions, this tightens up our research and
may make us go back and have another look at the cases. There are
many out there that can extract the truth from people and have
excellent incite into the fantasy prone.

There are many newsletters up and down the UK that take the
Mickey out of others. This is all done in fun. However when we
see people attack others in such a vindictive way for what they
believe, then they are obviously insecure if they feel threatened
by a difference of opinion.

As I stated in my earlier post, there are many ufologists I
disagree with but I respect them as people. Yes there are idiots
who are making things up and they deserve the full weight of
ufology to come crashing down on them.

Of course Tim will respond, by picking out every little argument.
Every little error but then he is so predictable. I'd even bet a
fiver on it. He'll copy umpteen people in on his replies, thinking
they actually care about him.

Tim's reply will be long, trying to be witty, yet still managing
to avoid the important issues and avoiding the questions.
