Subject: Battle Lines are Being Drawn

In reference to several threads past and currently under
development:

The forces are being assembled behind two developing battle
lines:

1)  What are we to do about non-benign aliens come to take away
    are free will, global control, soul, children, etc.

2)  What are we to do about benign aliens come to mentor our
    apprenticeship to a larger galactic culture.

I will not delude myself to think this intellectual and political
confrontation is going to be fully congenial, fair or infused
with every other product of human failing.

It is only to be asked that all parties remember that these lines
of battle are in our minds for now and based upon a limited
understanding of the whole picture.

Try not to burn too many bridges before you get to the river or
no one will cross.
