________

I have done my part by keeping the apostrophe out of "UFOs" in my
work. Perhaps emboldened by this small success, I am now
foolishly trying to get rid of the term altogether, with or
without caps, and replace it with extraterrestrial phenomena. Of
course, I am well aware that this could lead to clarity, a
quality which to this particular field of study would be much
like breathing pure oxygen - leading to god knows what kind of
explosive result.
