Whitley's latest journal entry says that his recent book
signing/lecture at the Pentagon book store will be broadcast
on CSPAN. Does anybody know how to find out when this
might air? Does anybody have any info. on this? Actually,
I'm too lazy to look up the phone number and call myself.

Also in his journal entry is his description of his recent
appearance on The Rosie O'Donnell Show. This is supposed
to air sometime in July. Supposedly, Rosie will discuss,
for the first time in public, her personal experiences relating
to the ET/UFO topic. Strieber doesn't say exactly what she
said on the taped show. Check out his site for more details.

I finished reading Confirmation. It was great! I would recommend
it to anybody with a open, healthy skeptical mind. I think
Strieber approaches the subject better than most of the other
Ufologists out there. His book is a perfect read for somebody who
is open minded to consider UFOs and ETs a reality yet afraid to
be ridiculed for allegedly believing in aliens. I have many
friends who would probably take a bit more of an interest if they
read Strieber's non conclusional thoughts. He's open to all
possibilities.

His own "implant" surgery is discussed as well as others who
have made the same claims. He goes through some of the better
modern evidence of UFOs.

One really interesting story is one he has not talked about a lot
in public. I had never heard about it. He talks about when he
believes his "implant" or whatever it is, was put into his ear.
This involved humans (Black Project?) and possibly another
intelligence. It's a really good read and I suggest it highly!

Strieber's theory on what the visitors, if that's what's going on,
might be doing here is something that rings true in my heart.
Of course, we may never know why and may never have proof.
Who knows?
