The authors of the book >"ALIEN RAPTURE" are Edgar Rothschild Fouche' and Brad Steiger. >Edgar Rothschild Fouche' had been in many black projects and >classified projects for many years. After retiring from working >for various government agencies he made a group of friends who >had also worked in various black projects. They got together >and talked several times about UFO/ET information, advanced >technology, and black projects. >He wanted to write a book about all of this information so he >approached certain people in the military/government and asked >them if he could write a book about it. They said he could but >the book would have to be FICTION, he could not release any >classified information that HE knew about personally, and >the NAMES of the individuals would have to be changed. Ah, a new way to declassify information! Just make it FICTION and change the names. Why if someone had the OVERLORD plans, and they just changed the names, then Eisenhower would not have been upset about having D-Day blown. How cool government security agents have become! Well, MJ-12 security agents have blown it again. Apparently, the old apple cart is obviously not the place to hide their documents, because here is another one. It is interesting to note that the MJ-12 bunch have not gotten more careful or any smarter over their 50 years of existence. As shown, in SOM 1-01, they cannot figure out how to mount a simple military operation, screen overhead observation, establish a chain of command, protect the site, establish standard of performance, establish supporting relationship, perform simple technical intelligence tasks, etc., etc. They could, however, figure out how pack a box well, that is if it were under ordinary conditions. Let's look at MJ-12's progress (or lack of): "Eyes only" now unless you read Braille you are going to use your eyes. "Eyes Only" To whom does this apply? If MJ-12 can't get this straight, they can't get anything straight. Now, when Ronald Wilson Reagan became president, one of the things that he was concerned with was security. He put out a rather simple security directive. The implementation required certain items go into classified documents, and also the format conform to certain procedures. (This was to insure there would be no repeat of the of Ellsberg trail. The procedures implemented would insure that classified items were indeed classified without any wiggle room for lawyers to question.) It might be, just might be, possible that security officials, especially ones as stupid and careless as MJ-12 officials are constantly shown to be, to leave out something in early documents. Not under Reagan! Reagan changed and simplified the security procedures for classified documents. There is no questions that documents must have the classifying authority, the declassifying information, they must be marked top and bottom, they must be portion mark the paragraphs (i.e. at the beginning of each paragraph and subparagraph are marked with the appropriate classifications whether or not portions are of the same classification as the whole document.) Now, from the latest document it is obvious that MJ-12 cannot follow simple procedure security procedures. One thing must be said for MJ-12, when they screw up they do it big, and right in front the man who promulgated the security procedures. Top Secret documents will have a control number, indicate what copy of how many copy, the title will have a short title either unclassified or of a lower classification for reference. Well, it is okay to mess up on presidential document like an Executive Order. No one will have you jerk it back and do it correctly. After all MJ-12 is known to be the place where you put the people who can't get much of anything right. We have to cut them some slack. Now we know that MJ-12 can't learn new tricks because they had all this hardware under their control, but it took Corso to get all the technology out. No doubt the MJ-12 security manager was flailed alive with dull knife and his hide turned in seat cover for the current security managers chair so he would remember to follow security procedures for classified documents. -- Jan Aldrich P. S. Mars Jupiter-12 is a nice touch. However, under official NATO phonetic alphabet "Mike Juliet" is correct, and if we are using the type of thing, which seems out of place in an Executive Order, it would be alphanumeric Mike-Juilet-One-Two. Poor MJ-12, the author should have changed their name, also. BTW Why didn't the author change MJ-12's designation? He was suppose to according government security agents who said he could do so in a FICTION work as long as the names were changed?
