Donald E. Keyhoe Journalism Competition


For the 10th consecutive year, the Fund for UFO Research, Inc.,
is conducting a journalism competition named for the late
aviation and UFO writer, Maj. Donald E. Keyhoe, (USMC, Ret.)

Traditionally, prize money of at least $1,000 is awarded. It
may be split into Print and Electronic Media divisions,
depending on the number and quality of entries.

The purpose of the competition is to encourage mainstream
writers and reporters to contribute to the public understanding
of the UFO phenomenon. The author's point of view is not taken
into consideration.

The competition covers stories published or aired during the
calendar year 1998.  The deadline for entries is February 15,
1999.
