Hi John, Hi All
Whilst I do not say that Doug and Dave caused quite a stir I am
fairly certain from my reading/research into crop circles, (this
has meant several trips into muddy fields, trips to Wiltshire
and Hampshire, OK so its not a huge amount of research but its
more than some who claim to be experts) I have discovered two
things.
1) Crop circles and the associated phenomenon was around long
before Doug and Dave, although nowhere near the quantity.
2) When I was in Wiltshire last year I spoke to an American girl
who said, and I quote " I don't care if they are _all_ fake,
they bring people together in a most unique way and get them
talking about other things than the boring way of life that they
have."
I think the last just about sums it up don't you?
