Hi Richard.

I have the movie you are looking for.  It is in the NTSC format.
If you have purchased a new VCR here recently, I can make you a
copy of the tape.

I'm sorry, but I don't have the means to convert it to PAL
format at this time.

Sorry, I don't have the answer to that question. I have heard
