Scott,

On page 161 of his book The Coming of the Saucers Arnold is seen
posing with his camera in a "CallAir" plane, on  page 9 he
states he was flying a "specially designed mountain airplane".
The identifier on the rudder appears to be N2913.  The last two
digits 13 are unclear.
