Hi Jerry,

It's fair if you know that the information is readily available.

If you know that the very nature of the subject precludes the
availability of that info, then it's faulty logic to say,"There.
You can't prove it, so it never happened!"

I do tend to agree with Bob Young that it does get really old to
hear about "oaths of secrecy" preventing people from telling all
they know. On the other hand, as an old military man once told
me, there's a reason they call it "spilling your guts". <G>

The thing you are leaving out is that people do get hurt, Jerry.
Sure, maybe the bad guys eventually get exposed. But that only
means that WHILE it was happening it was a secret activity;
which is what this discussion is all about. They never PLAN on
getting caught. Most importantly, just because we catch a few
does not mean that we've caught them all.
