For those desiring the best attempt at a scholarly publication (and one done without a leading University research budget) IUR fits the bill. This is legitimate, ground-breaking, first-class stuff. Anyone who publicly laments the lack of thoughtful, credible UFO research isn't reading IUR. (It was certainly well worth my 25 bucks.) And while I'm raving about the publication, I'd also like to rave about Mark Cashman. Over, around and through the hysterics, name calling and character assassination by those claiming to be devoted to UFO research, Cashman has been quietly, and sometimes not so quietly, churning out the best stuff on the planet. His recent, "Behavioral classification system for UFO occupants" is a thoughtful and sincere effort that lays some important groundwork for further study. I congratulate Mark Cashman and those involved in the publication of IUR. Sincerely, Bill Weber
