Another tacit (unstated) assumpion): that Arnold had to compress all these activities into a short time like a few seconds. Actually, he could have taken 10 seconds or more with the cowling tool,. turned the plane (30 seconds) and slide back the window (a few seconds) all within the 102 seconds of time as the objects went from Rainier to Adams. No big sweat!
