I think is is still easier to believe that the disease arose
naturally, like other diseases. One horrible new disease
popped up and apparently died out in San Francisco recently.

A fast flesh eating microbe had contaminated some heroin that
drug users were injecting. Suddenly, the cases stopped as the
contaminated batch was used up I suppose.

Hardly a government plot IMHO.
