My word, guy.  John and Greg were _joking_.  No reason to get
your back crammed up against the wall, or to croak out a dopey,
uncalled-for anti-American slam.  I'd respond in kind and ask if
Brits lack a sense of humor, if John Rimmer in this very
exchange hadn't already proved otherwise.  Jeez, Dave, lighten
up!
