Tony,

Comprehensive tests of the kind you are calling for have now
been made, and were reported (just yesterday on UFO Updates, if
I recall right) by Nancy Talbott. The test results showed
conclusively that the man-made circles caused by tromping or
using boards do not produce the various peculiarities observed
in the genuine crop circles.

I could attach a copy of the report if you missed it, or perhaps
ebk would do this.

And of course, Bruce Maccabee clearly dispelled any naive
thoughts that the crop formations could be generated by any of
our satellites from space.

On the other hand, the many reports wherein a crop- circle
formation was discovered a day or half day after a dramatic UFO
sighting in the same locale, plus even more direct evidence,
continues to implicate the UFO
entities as being the artists involved.
