It really is a monolith. Whether or not it's artificial remains to be seen, but it is a very large structure on a very small moon. The URL is: http://www.vgl.org/webfiles/mars/phobos/phobos.htm Fran might be interested in this, because it's very similar to the "Blair Cuspids" on the moon - our moon - and he had a lot to do with digging up the information on those Lunar Orbiter images a couple years ago.
