Perhaps I missed something important over the last year or so. Maybe I was too busy on other things to notice, but am I to understand that this Pheonix sighting has been solved? A rock solid explanation has been presented? Lemme know, because anything I have seen offered so far as an explanation seems weak, particularly the flare explanation. Too far away and too close to the ground to be seen in Pheonix. Don
