Well, if not a complete solution, perhaps a tool to protect even
a single repeat abductee, or for use in a good experiment?

The article further notes, "[t]here's the potential for the
technology to... track people who are at-risk for kidnapping..."
What are repeat abductees, other than people who are at serious
risk for being kidnapped?

I wonder if the makers of Digital Angel could be persuaded to
donate use of one or more devices to one or more repeat
abductees? Besides being a charitable gesture, it could be great
publicity. Are there any persons or organizations in the
