We are trying to maintain a high quality list with as little
superfluous material as possible.

There are still options open to you if you want your message to be 
distributed.  You can (A) edit this message to make it acceptable, 
(If the moderator thinks your message has a possibility for 
resubmission, advice may be given above.), or (B) submit the 
message to a newsgroup or another mailing list.  (Newsgroups like 
alt.conspiracy.area51 have a much wider distribution and no 
restrictions on content.)
