A four-page index begins on p. 220. I seldom use footnotes which I view as an interruptive distraction for a reader. I much prefer to include such reference material in the main text, as noted by the reviewer of my recent book, "The REAL Roswell Crashed Saucer Coverup." Re: James Bond Johnson's _reported_ objection to my new book on Roswell because I never interviewed him. The first Roswell researcher to talk with Johnson was Kevin Randle, who conducted a 40-minute telephone interview on Feb. 27, 1989, which he recorded with Johnson's permission. Later, at my request, Randle provided me with copies of this tape and his subsequent interviews with Johnson on Mar. 24, 1989, and May 28, 1990 -- as reported on p. 87 of my Roswell book. After listening to their content, there seemed no need for me to talk with Johnson to obtain his recollections of what had transpired in Gen. Ramey's office on July 8, 1947. --Philip.
