In an email to me (Aug 30, 1995), ppjc@ix.netcom.com says that 
about five years ago he had dinner with SENATOR BARRY GOLDWATER 
and brought up the subject of UFOs....

   "He told me that he had called and wrote, on numerous occasion, asking 
the Commanding General of Wright-Patterson AFB for access to the Blue 
Room.  He used the Generals name but I donít remember who it was.  He 
said that they were getting very tired of hearing from him and the only 
response he would get was, ìBarry Goldwater you go to hell.î  He told 
me that he doesnít know anymore then the rest of us but that he is sure 
that they are hiding something very big, his guess is that it really is 
dead aliens."

   "He is a very eccentric man with a ìhugeî ego.  It was hard to get a 
word in edgewise.  I would of liked to have had time to ask him more 
questions but didnít."
